At First House Finds, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, supplier processing, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

First House Finds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@firsthousefinds.com.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@firsthousefinds.com with your order number.

We will do our best to help review the issue and provide next steps. However, carrier delays and delivery issues may be outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@firsthousefinds.com.
