Return & Refund Policy

At First House Finds, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact us at support@firsthousefinds.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Not damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear

To start a return, please contact us at support@firsthousefinds.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@firsthousefinds.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

If approved, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, installed, assembled incorrectly, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked as such

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not already been processed or shipped.
